Guest Appearance: Empathy Meets Real Estate

Several weeks ago I had the pleasure of being a guest on the Mile High Real Estate Podcast. This podcast is hosted by Brian Arnold, a mortgage broker specializing in reverse mortgages. We spent about 45 minutes talking about the Denver real estate market, how it has changed over the past several months, what buyers and sellers can do to be successful in the market as well as predictions for the market in the year ahead.

 

I had so much fun talking with Brian; he was very personable, knowledgeable, and professional, and he asked excellent questions related to real estate in Denver. I have yet to have guests join me on my podcast but it is definitely something I am considering, and if the chance arises to be a guest on a podcast in the future, I would be honored to do it again!
